Delivery charges are for kerbside deliveries only. Should there be a request to enter the property for delivery you will be responsible for any or all damages caused or any injury or fault that may result. We can and may refuse to enter the property and return the goods at the customers cost if the driver deems the site to be hazardous or unsafe.

If the delivery vehicle is unable to unload the material/product at the agreed time and has been forced to wait for more than 30 minutes because of a delay on your end, or a delay caused by you, then you agree to pay an hourly surcharge of $60. This surcharge is charged at 30 minutes interval. 

Pelleted products will incur a second standard delivery charge when ordering per pallet. When possible, pallets must be unloaded and returned to The Yard Wallan upon delivery. If the product is delivered on pallets, the pallets remain the property of The Yard Wallan. 

You will be charged for the pallets but the Company will give a credit when you return the pallets in good condition. 

Quarry products are non-refundable and remain the property of The Yard Wallan until full payment has been received. If, in the event the purchaser has not paid the full price of the goods in the time specified on the invoice or payment is not made on delivery; The Yard Wallan may recover the goods within business hours without notice or permission of the unpaid goods without liability to the purchaser.  

The Yard Wallan has the right to refuse loading onto vehicles and trailers. It is the individual and purchasers’ responsibility to ensure the load is covered appropriately prior to departure. 

The Yard Wallan takes no responsibility for the products being loaded into cars with trailers or into utility vehicles. 

The individual and purchaser are being loaded at their own risk and The Yard Wallan assumes no responsibility for any damage or loss to vehicles trailers or contents. 

All hire equipment will come with their own terms and conditions. All hire equipment must be returned in the same condition. All hire equipment must return re-fuelled. Prior to hiring the equipment, the hirer’s details will be taken, along with a copy of Licence and credit card details. If there is damage to the equipment the hirer will be liable for the damage incurred.
